In July of 1992 A2L Technologies, Inc. instituted a client feedback program in order to assure customer satisfaction. A questionnaire is sent out to the client upon completion of each project and consists of six questions, plus a section for any comments.The questions and percentages of responses in each category over the multi-year tracking period are as follows:
